Once hired, complete field work including detailed inventory, mapping, delineation & appraisal.

ARE YOU A TREE SERVICE COMPANY?
Our focus is centered on commercially viable timber harvests, ideally 20+ acres in size or more. We do not manage or harvest individual trees/yard trees.
what areas do you serve?
Most of the state of Virginia, from the Eastern Shore to the Blue Ridge Mountains and beyond for certain properties and specific instances.
how long does this process take?
There’s no one answer for how long the process takes because every property is unique. As a general rule, from the time of Initial Consultation to Reforestation, it usually takes about 2 years. However, we’ll be in constant communication with you about every step.
how much does this cost?
For most services we charge a flat commission rate, which incentivizes us to get the absolute best price for your timber. The more you make, the more we make! Additional services are typically charged on a man-day basis.

do you have a minimum acreage requirement?
Technically, no. We handle sales and management for tracts as small as a handful of acres, but it depends on a host of factors. As a general rule of thumb, most new tracts need to be 20+ acres.
